Article 3: Strikes and Lockouts
3.1 No Strikes
The Association agrees there shall be no strike, withholding of services, slow-down, mass resignations, mass absenteeism, or other refusal to render full and complete service to the Employer during the term of this Agreement. The Association agrees that it will not authorize or encourage any interruption of service, including sympathy strikes or similar actions.
3.2 No Lockouts
The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will not lock out any Employee covered by this Agreement.
